The labour is a fixed £60, which covers diagnosis and, wherever the fault allows, the repair itself on the first visit, so you have a clear quotation upfront with no hidden fees or surprise add-ons. The only remaining variable is the cost of any part the cooker genuinely needs. If a part has to be ordered from the manufacturer, a £30 deposit secures it and comes off the final total, the final bill stays in line with the original quote, and every part we fit is backed by a one-year guarantee. In the occasional case where a cooker is beyond economical repair, we tell you promptly and the £30 deposit is deducted from the cost of a replacement should you choose to replace it, so you always have clear options and are never left out of pocket.

How the repair works

The path to a working cooker is straightforward. It starts with your call to describe the fault and arrange a visit at a time that suits you. On the day, the engineer diagnoses the problem on site and explains the findings clearly, and where the common parts are on hand completes most repairs there and then. Once the work is done the cooker is tested to confirm everything is functioning correctly, and with a one-year guarantee on every part we fit, you can be confident the repair is one we stand behind.
